As a Software Product Assurance (PA) Specialist in our SPACE division, you will ensure software reliability and compliance for cutting-edge satellite and space systems developed in collaboration with the European Space Agency (ESA) and other international partners.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement software product assurance and quality plans in accordance with ECSS standards.
- Monitor software development processes to ensure quality, safety, and traceability throughout the lifecycle.
- Evaluate and support suppliers and subcontractors to meet software quality requirements.
- Lead audits and reviews, ensuring adherence to ECSS and internal procedures.
- Manage software-related risks, non-conformances, and change control.
- Support test planning and verification, including review of test procedures and participation in key project reviews (e.g., SRR, PDR, CDR).
- Prepare and maintain software assurance documentation and provide regular quality updates.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in technical discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, preferably in the space or aerospace industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and associated quality tools.
- Strong expertise in quality assurance methodologies, configuration management, and risk management.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in ESA or EASA-certified projects.
- Familiarity with ECSS standards or EASA software assurance requirements.
- Understanding systems engineering and integration of software with hardware systems.
- Experience with safety-critical or embedded software development.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB, PMP) are an asset.
