Improvement of GE H75 turboprop engine product quality by modifications required for utilization in training acrobatic aircraft
The outcome of the project is validated engine prototype made as modification of the current GE H75 turboprop engine for utilization in training acrobatic aircraft with g-loads minimally +7/-3,5 g in vertical axis, +2/-2 g in longitudinal axis and +4/-3 g in lateral axis.
The further outcome is the analytic method creation for prediction of the life based on assesment of termomechanic fatique and damage progression and analysis on influence to its life cycle. This method will be used for evaluation of transfer from Planned maintenance system to Condition based maintenance system.
