Project Title: Integrated deicing system of composite blades of aircraft propellers
Project Description:
The aim of the project is to develop an integrated de-icing system for composite blades of WOODCOMP propellers. The project, therefore, will address the selection and installation of appropriate heating sources in blade composite structure and related issues with the power supply control according to the temperature achieved at the reference surface of the blade. The results will be demonstrated by means of a prototype propeller.
