Czech Aerospace Research Centre presented here selected Czech ambitious projects, satellites AMBIC and QUVIK, that will become “the eyes of the Czech Republic in space. “Our satellites VZLUSAT-1, which has become the Czech Republic’s longest operating satellite in orbit, and VZLUSAT-2, which is still in orbit and is also the first one to have taken an image of the Czech Republic in HD resolution, are great examples of our successful projects, that we could introduce.
We are thankful to Minister Martin Kupka, senator and director of Brno Observatory Jiří Dušek, to the director of Space Activities Unit and New Technologies Department Vaclav Kobera, delegates of Czech Republic in ESA bodies Ondrej Rohlik and Michal Reinöhl for their valuable time at VZLU Brno.
