Executive Assistant & Project Coordinator
We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Executive Assistant & Project Coordinator to support the Space Division team at VZLU AEROSPACE. This role will provide comprehensive administrative and project support to help manage day-to-day operations, improve team efficiency, and ensure smooth project execution.

The VZLU AEROSPACE is at the forefront of satellite technology development, successfully creating advanced Attitude and Orbit Control Systems for satellites as well as integrating whole satellites and leading complex satellite missions. Key Responsibilities
Project Support
- Coordinate with team members across different projects
- Assist with resource allocation and procurement processes
- Help maintain project plans, process compliance and documentation
- Fill timesheet and manage evidence of material usage
- Support presentation preparation for internal and external audiences
Administrative Support
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes, follow up on action items
- Assist with business travel arrangements including accommodation and transportation
- Help with employee attendance tracking
- Provide administrative assistance to the department heads
- Take care of meeting rooms, office supplies, and kitchen supplies
- Provide refreshments for visitors during meetings
- Assist with event organization and coordination
Required Skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency with office software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Czech and English
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proactive problem-solving approach
- Discretion when handling confidential information
