The European Space Agency has released footage of three solar prominence eruptions captured by Proba-3, through the ASPIICS coronagraph.
The mission consists of two satellites working together in formation to create an artificial solar eclipse and capture the faint corona with one satellite blocking the Sun, and the second one observing the solar corona using a special coronagraph. The coronagraph is protected by a unique motorized door developed by VZLU AEROSPACE experts.
