Proposal for a non-standard technical solution and automated aerial information system enabling remote observation of the Earth, the identification of the interests of objects or persons relay radio signal of ground radio links and installation of special information resources with the option to transfer information into the land of the information system of the end user in real-time. Optimization of the solution by testing and realization of the functional sample.
