R&D ACTIVITIES IN THE FIELD OF GEOPOLYMERS:

  • Development of geopolymer foams applicable for structures
  • Development of geopolymers with increased mechanical and thermal resistance in wet environment (hydrophobic geopolymers)
  • Development of a reactoplastic (thermoset) matrix with hydrophobic properties
  • Development of geopolymers for fire and thermal insulation layers
  • Development of protective layers based on hydrophobic geopolymers
  • Development of geopolymer reinforcements for conventional structures
  • Static and fatigue tests of materials, nodes and structures
  • Operational and climatic tests of materials, nodes and structures
  • Fire resistance tests according to CS 25 Appendix F Part II
