Our expertise in the development of composite and sandwich structures is primarily focused on:
- Development of complex primary and secondary structures, including structural design, strength design, and processing of detailed production documentation
- Development of highly heat-resistant composite structures with organic and inorganic matrix
- Development of composite structures with thermoplastic matrix (PPS, LM PAEK)
- Development of manufacturing tooling focused on the production of composite parts and assemblies (molds, bonding fixtures, positioning fixtures)
- Development of fixtures, aids, and functional parts using 3D printing from standard and advanced plastics (FFF/FDM and MSLA technologies)
- Development of technologies for repairing composite structures and repairing metal structures with composites
Our production activities are primarily focused on:
- Out-of-autoclave technologies (RTM, VARTM, RFI, contact lamination)
- Autoclave technologies for thermoset and thermoplastic prepregs (up to 400°C and dimensions of 3x2 m)
