R&D analyses of materials and structural life:

  • Research of thermomechanical properties of materials and structures of blade machines, including the effects of high temperatures
  • Development of predictive tools and experimental methodologies for determining the thermo-mechanical load and fatigue of structures
  • Research on the impact of various types of mechanical and physical damage on the blade machines function
  • Thermomechanical fatigue based on a stable stress-deformation state
  • Calculation of low and high cycle fatigue of rotating parts, multi-axis fatigue, assessment of actual load spectra
  • Calculation of creep and calculations of creep life in combination with low cycle fatigue
  • Calculation of thermal-mechanical strength based on stabilized deformation stress
  • Design of methods for monitoring the on-condition and predictive maintenance of high-stressed structures of energy equipment - especially rotary machines
  • SHM (Structural Health Monitoring) and NDT (Non Destructive Testing) of highly exposed structures in power engineering
  • Use of optimized numerical models to extend the life of blade machines (multi-physical analyses)
