New VZLU Managing Director
As of January 1, 2009, Ing. Josef Kašpar is the managing director of VZLU to take over this post from Ing. Milan Holl, CSc, who remains at VZLU as the Chairman of Board of Directors. Graduated from the Prague Czech Technical University ČVUT in subject aircraft technology, he has worked for VZLU since 1994. First he worked as a designer and project engineer to become five years later the head of aircraft propeller division. From 2005 he held the post of executive director.
The Institute managing team has been boosted by creating a new post of technical director. As of January 1, 2009 this post is held by Ing. Viktor Kučera, who brings VZLU his years of experience in the aeronautical industry.
