Programme was created in MATLAB and enables to overwrite the input files for individual angles of attack. Programme is launched at OCTAVE with command polar_alfa or polar_beta respectively. User set the free stream speed only. Wanted Angles of attack are set directly in m.file. After computation cycle the programme save the output to TECPLOT and launch next calculation cycle. Program enable to compute polar curve, without to overwrite input file in each step of the calculation, that leads to short the computation process and error elimination in setting the input file.  
WTMCview software  Program WTMCview is determined for creating, depiction and saving combinations of graphs of aircraft model windtunnel measurements. Inputs are list of measurements with values of measured configuration parameters and measurement data files. List of combinations can by created directly in program by designated constant and variable configuration parameters. List can by also loaded from text file, series of graphs are subsequently saved. Program is suitable for final analysis of large set of measurements.  
SAD software  Software SAD determine static aerodynamic derivatives from aircraft model wind tunnel measurements. Inputs are measurement data files and list of measurement files and deflections. Program enable edit, depict and save graphic and text output files.  
JetNoise software  A software for a numerical prediction of a noise generation from air nozzles. The software is based on the Goldstein acoustic model for axisymmetrical jets. The flow variables needed by the acoustic model are computed by RANS equations for an axisymmetric problem.  
URANS3DMBI  Software is designated for calculation of the unsteady threedimensional inviscid compressible flow in the statorrotor system of the axial turbine stage.

OPTPROFIL software version 2010  Software package OPTPROFIL is a universal optimizer of airfoils consisting of the airfoilevaluation package, airfoilparameterization package, and a mutliobjective evolutionary algorithm.  
MIARMOGA software version 2011  Package MIARMOGA contains the multiobjective microgenetic algorithm with rangeadaptation with new improved procedures. 

Software WARMBLADE  Software for calculation of the temperature field for twodimensional compressible turbulent flow past blade cascade. The temperature field is calculated in both parts: in fluid and inside the blade.  
ADD software  The ADD program is used for estimation of aerodynamic damping derivative from wind tunnel measurement. It is created in Matlab and run is done in this simulation program. The principle of determining the damping derivatives is based on an estimate of the angular rate and damping of exponential signal.  
CalcMatrix_96_1  The program is used to calculate the calibration matrix of third order for the six component balance. The calculated calibration matrix has a size of 6x96.  
QUEUE software  Queue is a software for gradual processing of commands in the command line.

KORELA 1.0  Software tool for comparison of eigenvectors of the aircraft structures gained either by experimental or by analytical approach by means of the MAC criterion. Program can be used for verification and tuning of the analytical model.

CpInt3D  Program enables calculation of lift coefficient and side force coefficient from 3D pressure coefficient distribution, acquired from CFD calculation. Nodes separation for upper and lower surface, needed for calculation of pressure coefficient difference, can be done by loading a separation surface, or can be estimated in program directly. Program enables transfer of results on set up 2D grid, or direct set of slices by user.

In particular, we choose the implicit finite volume method. Many boundary conditions (i.e. fixed, linearized) bring nonphysical errors into the solution, slowing down the convergent process, or even ruining the solution in the whole domain. We use the analysis of the Riemann problem for the construction of the boundary conditions in order to match the experimental data. We show, that the unknown oneside initial condition for the local Riemann problem can be partially replaced by the suitable complementary condition. We suggest such complementary conditions (by preference of pressure, velocity, total quantities,...) giving physically relevant data. Our method for the construction of the boundary conditions is robust and its use accelerates the solver convergence to the desired solution. As a part of this work we present owndeveloped software for the solution of the 3D Euler equations, using the implicit method.  software user manual

OptimTL 2013  This software is intended for a shape optimization of a turbine blade. The software package contains a parametrization tool, a genetic algorithm for optimization and a tool for evaluation of new designs using a CFD method. Wingload2 v.2  Wingload2 v.2 is a software for calculating aerodynamic loading of elastic slender wings which can be deformed by torsional forces around elastic axis (not by bending forces). Each wing is composed of trapezoids with: 2dimensional viscous or nonviscous characteristics defined at the boundaries of these trapezoids, elastic axis and mass distribution. Aerodynamics is solved using NLWing2 software which is an implementation of nonlinear lifting line method. CFD models optimized solution combustion chambers for liquid fuel  As part of the task was tested designed for multizone algorithms for solving combustion chambers of jet engines. This algorithm was complemented by solving the heat transfer module. RFCalc  Software "RFCalc". Evaluation of cycles of the dynamic loading of structures. The software designated for calculation of characterization of a dynamic loading according to so called Rainflow methods, concretely the fourpoint approach was used. Input data is a file containing measured sampled signal in correct data format that is consequently reduced to local extremes – peaks and throughs. Some level of range filter can be chosen to omission of small insignificant cycles. The extraction of the individual cycles characterized by their amplitudes and mean values is the first results of calculation. These two parametres of each cycle are then recorded in a matrix which presents cycle frequencies in given loadtime history with accuracy according to select matrix size and boundaries.  software user manual
