COMPANY POLICY
MISSION

Aeronautical Research and Test Institute, VZLU, has been the major centre of aviation research, development and testing in the Czech Republic since 1922. We wish to strengthen our position as a modern research and testing centre offering its services particularly to European customers. We want to promote our skills, expertise and know-how not only in aviation but also in other fast growing industries, esp. automotive, energy, civil engineering, and space. Our goal is to take the national leadership and significant position in Europe in aerodynamics, structural strength and durability, application of new materials and advanced technologies.

CUSTOMERS

We see our priority in satisfying needs coming from the industry. We want to establish long-term cooperation with companies seeking service of leading experts in research, development and testing. By constantly monitoring and evaluation the satisfaction of our customers, we are trying to meet their requirements and expectations in terms of quality, price, and reliability.

SUPPLIERS

We want to have good relations with our suppliers supporting good name of our company. Our common goal ought to be mutual confidence and quality for affordable prices.

PROCESSES

Our basic principle is to respect legal rules, improve working processes and quality management. We want to maintain and extend our approvals, accreditations and certificates.

QUALITY OF PRODUCTS AND PROCESSES

We make efforts to avoid failures in the whole range of our activities. We want to produce and offer quality products and services. In the field of R&D we keep on increasing our knowledge to follow European and world level.

IMPROVEMENT

We wish to achieve our customers´satisfaction via never ending improvement of our work. We want to lower products and services complaints, to reduce impacts on environment and to reduce incidents and accidents at work. We also want to decrease costs while increasing profits. We want to achieve satisfaction of our customers, employees, and suppliers.
